Delivery times to anywhere in Brazil typically range from 12 to 45 business days after the product has been shipped.
Please note that we provide a tracking number for all orders that include a shipping option with tracking at checkout.

Tracking codes may take 1 to 3 business days to be updated and made available, as they must first be transferred from our suppliers to the customer.
Delivery times may vary depending on the speed of the postal service and customs clearance. In most cases, orders arrive within 12 to 45 business days on average, with a maximum delivery timeframe of up to 90 business days.
If the estimated delivery time has passed, we recommend contacting Correios directly to understand the reason for the delay.
If Correios does not have your package, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with our suppliers.
If a logistics issue is confirmed, we will issue a full refund immediately after completing the verification process.
It is important that you ensure delivery can be successfully completed at the shipping address provided in your order.
After three (3) documented delivery attempts, you may be required to pick up your package at the nearest Correios office.
Storage fees may apply if the package is not collected within 7 calendar days. The fee amount depends on the package size and weight.
